At MintiClothing, we are dedicated to delivering your custom team uniforms and branded apparel safely and efficiently. Because every order is custom-made to your specifications, we want to ensure you have full transparency regarding our shipping process.

1. How to Order & Get a Quote

Please note that we do not support direct online checkout.
Because every order is fully customized (involving different designs, materials, and quantities), please contact our team first. We will provide you with a comprehensive, personalized quote that includes both your product manufacturing costs and the most cost-effective shipping rate.

2. Production & Processing Time

Please note that “Shipping Time” is separate from “Production Time.”

  • Production Time: Since our products are customized, please allow 5-10 business days for production before your order is shipped. Large bulk orders may require additional time, which will be communicated to you during the quoting process.
  • Processing: Once production is complete, orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

3. Shipping Origin

We are proud to manufacture and ship our products directly from our facility in China. This allows us to maintain strict quality control over your custom garments.

4. Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship worldwide. To ensure you receive the most competitive shipping rates, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and volume of your order.

We offer different shipping methods depending on your budget and urgency:

  • Air Freight (Express/Fast):
    • Transit Time: 7 - 10 business days (Express DHL/FedEx/UPS may take 3 - 7 business days).
    • Best for: Small to medium orders, or urgent events. Faster delivery but higher cost.
  • Sea Freight (Economic):
    • Transit Time: 20 - 30 business days (up to 40 days for certain regions).
    • Best for: Large bulk orders. Much lower shipping costs, but requires advanced planning.

Shipping Reference to the United States (Example)

To help you estimate your budget, here is a reference cost for shipping 100 standard T-shirts (approx. 20-25 kg) to the US:

  • By Air Freight: Approx. $200 - $220 (Delivery in 7 - 10 business days)
  • By Sea Freight: Approx. $50 - $60 (Delivery in 20 - 30 business days)

(Note: Actual shipping rates may fluctuate slightly based on seasonal carrier rates. We will lock in the best rate for you when quoting.)

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP Service Available)

We want to make your importing experience as hassle-free as possible.

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Service: For major destinations (including the USA, Europe, and Canada), we offer DDP shipping. This means all import duties, customs clearance fees, and taxes are included in your shipping quote. You do not need to worry about any paperwork or unexpected extra charges upon delivery.
  • Standard Shipping (Non-DDP): If DDP is not selected or unavailable for your country, MintiClothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Please confirm with our sales representative during your inquiry if you would like to use our DDP service.

6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation message (via email or WhatsApp) containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

7. Damages & Lost Packages

MintiClothing acts as the bridge between you and the logistics carrier.

  • Damages: If you receive damaged merchandise, please take photos of the outer packaging and the products immediately, and contact us within 48 hours. We will assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a solution.
