At MintiClothing, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom apparel for your brand and team. We strive to ensure every print and stitch meets your expectations. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and order modifications.
1. Customized & Printed Apparel (Final Sale)
Due to the personalized nature of our business, all items that have been printed with specific logos, designs, or text are made-to-order just for you.

Non-Returnable: We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized items due to incorrect sizing selected by the customer, change of mind, or design dissatisfaction regarding the artwork provided by the customer.

Legal Exception: This policy is in accordance with US consumer laws and Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which exempts goods made to the consumer's specifications from the standard right of withdrawal.
2. Order Confirmation & Modifications
To ensure fast delivery, our production process begins shortly after your order is finalized.

Verification Process: After you complete your payment, we will send you a detailed order confirmation (including design mockups/details) for your final approval.

No Changes Allowed: Once you have confirmed these details, the order enters our production line immediately. No further changes, cancellations, or modifications can be made after this confirmation step. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.
3. Blank (Unprinted) Apparel
If you have purchased blank garments without any customization or printing, we offer a standard return window.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error (different from the approved design), or damage incurred during shipping, we are here to help.

Reporting Issue: Please contact us at [Your Email Address] within 7 days of receiving your order. You must include clear photos of the defect and the order number.

Resolution: Upon verification of the error, we will offer one of the following solutions at our sole discretion:

Reprint/Replacement: We will redo the affected items and ship them to you at no extra cost.

Refund: We will issue a refund for the specific damaged or incorrect items.
Please note that we are not responsible for normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper washing/care.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for blank items or report a defective order:

- For defective items, please attach photos.
- We will provide you with instructions and the return address.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
