At MintiClothing, we are dedicated to delivering your custom team uniforms and branded apparel safely and efficiently. Because every order is custom-made to your specifications, we want to ensure you have full transparency regarding our shipping process.

1. Production & Processing Time

Please note that "Shipping Time" is separate from "Production Time."

  • Production Time: Since our products are customized, please allow 5-10 business days for production before your order is shipped. Large bulk orders may require additional time, which will be communicated to you upon ordering.
  • Processing: Once production is complete, orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

2. Shipping Origin

3. International Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship worldwide. To ensure you receive the most competitive and accurate shipping rates, shipping costs are calculated based on the current weight, volume, and destination of your order.

How to get a Shipping Quote:

  • For Bulk/Team Orders: Please contact our support team before finalizing your payment. We will compare multiple logistics carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Sea Freight) to find the best price for you.
  • For Small Orders: Shipping will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately upon completion of production.

Estimated Transit Times:

  • Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3 - 7 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: 10 - 20 business days.
  • Sea Freight (Large Bulk Orders): 25 - 40 business days.

(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays.)

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MintiClothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

MintiClothing acts as the bridge between you and the logistics carrier.

  • Damages: If you receive damaged merchandise, please take photos of the packaging and the goods immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will assist you in filing a claim.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.
